Hi, I’m Kristy Gardner

I’m a local Vancouver copywriter and strategic communications specialist with a deep passion for creatively connecting brands with the right consumers and communities.

My process varies from project to project. I usually begin with an onboarding process to understand your goals, business, and brand. From there, I do an environmental scan and research into your target market and SEO strategy.

Every project is different, but here’s a quick summary of general turn-around times on deliverables once our partnership agreement has been signed:

Brand identity or key messaging and stories: 3-4 weeks
Website copywriting & long-form landing pages: 1-2 weeks
Email marketing & newsletters: 1 week
SEO-optimized blog posts and short-form assets: 1 week
Social media captions, ad copy, or other brand assets: 1-4 weeks, depending on project
Website design: 8-12 weeks, depending on project; monthly maintenance

Again, because every project is different, my rates vary. I tend to price per project, rather than per hour. Please contact me for information on rates and pricing.

I don’t always get things right on the first go, but I usually do because of my holistic on-boarding and research process. If I miss the mark, all projects include two rounds of edits on completed work. If that doesn’t do the trick, I’m always open to finding a solution that works for all parties.
